I've probably been in the same shoes as you! Having shed more than 30 pounds, being an NPC & GBO competitor, a wellness coach, and creating my own gym Ignited Force, I established the Sweat Rewards app to introduce my workout approach. Together, we can work towards your fitness objectives, and I'll be there with you every step of the journey.

What we've done

1. I've created a community.

Why should you care about how you view and treat your body? I think it's because your body is your home and as such, you should treat it with kindness and love regardless of societal standards. Our community is one that values positive self-talk, supporting each other and most importantly, creating a space to be human.

2. We have the hard conversations.

It's not always easy to find a safe space to be comfortable in sharing our most sensitive moments. At Sweat Rewards, we dare to address the elephant in the room in a respectful manner. For example, suffered from eating disorders at the age of 14. Today, I am proud to share my story in order to minister to others. Are you willing to have the hard conversations?

3. advocate for healthy looking different for different individuals.

Healthy isn't a size. Honoring your body and treating it with respect starts with the understanding that there is a natural diversity of body sizes and shapes. Healthy isn’t “one size fits all.” There isn’t one height, weight, or shape that is healthy. I am actively breaking down the barriers surrounding these stereotypes and by no means am I perfect. I am fully aware that this is a journey, not a destination.
