Here's how to take your pictures:

a) No distracting backgrounds. take your photo in front of a plain wall with good lighting.

b)  Wear shorts & sports bra or bikini (neutral color). Same outfits for before and after pics :)

c)  Photos must be full body with three angles: Front, Side and Back. Arms up during picture taking is advised. 

c)  Please do not cut off your arms, legs, face or any part of your body. These will be blurred with your approval later.
